Michele experiencing the power of exercise and optimal nutrition. She had previously never stepped foot in a gym but some nagging health issues led her to contacting me & stepping out of her comfort zone. The four things Michele wanted to work onโ€ฆ.

Now Iโ€™m no doctor but it would be pretty rogue to suggest her work in the gym hasnโ€™t had an impact on her seizure timings?

I canโ€™t stress the importance of being active and spending 75% of your week eating positively. Itโ€™s what your body was made to do. If youโ€™re suffering with things mentally or physically – Take inspiration from Michele ๐Ÿค๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ.

Denise's story

Just Denise struggling to hold the equivalent amount of weight sheโ€™s now lost. 25 Kg or just over 4 stone.

UNREAL & life changing, like literally. Sheโ€™s in her 60โ€™s as well by the way.ย 

so if youโ€™ve been riding the excuse of โ€˜Iโ€™m to old to changeโ€™ you should be now seriously rethinking this statement. So how did we do it?

  1. – Roadmapped her journey start to finish.
  2. – Counteracted her struggles and barriers – Being a diabetic was a main one.
  3. – Used things she liked – Swimming etc.
  4. – Targeted to be a minimum of 1% better each week.
  5. – Allowed her to enjoy the finer things in life and helped her find the balance.
  6. – Kept focus throughout with support & accountability.
  7. – Flipped her mindset so now she knows how good it feels to be healthier, fitter & lighter itโ€™s so easy for her to keep the good habits in play. Binning the unwanted weight doesnโ€™t have to be a painful experience, if you do it right.
